Returns

Returns are accepted only for items that are visibly defective or damaged upon receipt.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

Personalized/customized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.

Unboxing Video: To help us provide the best customer support, please record an unboxing video with a 360° view of the package and its contents upon delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item after we have inspected the returned item.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
